The 66th Cannes Film Festival is officially over and there was plenty of memorable red carpet moments on the Croisette. Two weeks, tons of looks and one big folder busting open, we've narrowed down the 30 best looks. This year, we are changing things a bit and sticking strictly to gowns. Dior and Elie Saab reigned on the red carpet, as were Atelier Versace and Valentino Couture. But there were also a few surprises  so without further ado, here are the 30 most memorable gowns from Cannes.

Did Zuhair Murad Copy a Gown from Prabal Gurung? You be the Judge.

While skimming through fashion news this morning, we could help but notice a rather interesting piece of information coming from Fashionista.com: Zuhair Murad created a Spring 2013 sheer-paneled black gown, which is almost identical to a Fall 2012 sheer-paneled Prabal Gurung creation.
